This young active family of 5 lived with broken down furniture from when they moved into the house 8 years ago. Smart shopping and helping hands from friends redid room for them (this is just the bare improvements that were made at the onset-). Eliminating old paint color with hand painted stencils, and a wonderful bargain find for the sofa, this room was redone for less than $1000. Since this has been taken, they now have new tables, lamps, pillows, etc to coordinate. Everyone LOVES their new family room, even the young boys.
