CONSULTATIONS - by appt. - $200.00 for one hour, $75 per hour thereafter. The size of the home will be a major factor. A walk-through will be done, photos will be taken, and a detailed report of recommendations & an estimate will be provided in a second appointment. Payment will be expected at that time. Then you decide, if you want to do the work yourself, OR just let me handle it. It's up to you! I can do as much, or as little as you would like.
Or, prefer to hire me on the spot, & "pick my brain" without photos and written report? You decide how long you want me to work with you, & write me a check ($75 per hour) before we start... It's your choice!

Decluttering & Organization- Many people lack the ability to organize and arrange their "stuff", and it often becomes overwhelming. As an organizer, I have no emotional ties, and therefore, can quickly sort through things, making some sensible order for them to function in. And, of course, not only is it easier to live in, but makes for a more pleasing appeal if the homeowner is trying to sell their property.
It has to get worse before it can get better!
HOME STAGING/REDESIGN WORK- $250 per area, approximately for 3-4 hours, after which $75 per hour. Staging can include enhancement of exteriors, entryways, rearrangement & accessorizing of room/rooms inside. Each room is redesigned to create it's greatest potential with consideration to floor plan, traffic patterns and intended use. Our redesign plans will result in an impressive room transformation within your budget. I will start by determiniung a focal point in each room, then introduce fresh, new ideas, using your own furnishings and accessories. Should there be a need to purchase addt'l. small items, they will be charged separately.
So, you've had your home decorated by an Interior Designer, or the homeowner is talented? REMEMBER, - HOME STAGING ENHANCES THE HOUSE, NOT THE HOMEOWNER! A Home Stager creates an emotional appeal to the greatest number of the buying public. An Interior Designer tries to please the homeowner by reflecting their taste, - and for their profit as well. Most times "less is more" is the motto.
PERSONAL SHOPPING- $50 per hour, plus gas. Leave the shopping to us! If you desire to update some of the furniture and/or accessories in your home, prefer to have us do the shopping & make the decisions based on a predetermined budget, we can do so. We can take the guesswork out of selecting the appropriate accents, WITHIN YOUR BUDGET!
ASSISTANTS- $$'sTBD. There may be occasions that we might require some additional muscle for physical movement of your largest furniture pieces, for which there would be an additional charge.
PAINTING/REPAIR WORK- We have resources available for sub-contracting. We would supervise work for you, thus freeing up your time and stress to deal with contractors, using our contractors, or YOURS. Separate contractors fees would be charged separately.
