This clean, freshly painted condo remained unsold after many months on the market.. Agent felt it badly needed to be staged, to help potential buyers see how it could look furnished. It was SOLD furnished within a few months after season resumed, with everything in it! Agent felt it never would have sold without the staging. EVEN though it was clean, and freshly painted, the look was too sterile, and cold with the terra cotta floor tiles, and the off white paint. It lacked warmth.
