This lovely custom-built home has many desirable features that needed to be emphasized. The owners have marvelous taste with many pieces of quality pieces of furniture and artwork. Our job here was to capture the attention of the buyer to look at the fabulous view of the lanai and lake behind, and the great attention to detail in the construction of the home itself. To do this, we needed color continuity, and less pieces to distract the buyers eyes.

The entrance to the Master Suite showed off a collection of prized pieces, however, it presented a distraction, - was too busy. Changing the piece of furniture and simplifying the accent pieces gave a more grand look to entering the suite. This entrance was a "first impression" as it is located off a hallway from the foyer.
